This two room unit has one queen bed in the living room and 1 double bed in the bedroom and can accommodate 2-4 guests as it’s MAX occupancy.
Living room/kitchen area has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, 4 burner stove top, flat screen TV and full bath. THIS ROOM IS BASICALLY THE FIRST 2 ROOMS OF OUR BIG 3 ROOM EFFICIENCIES (K, D, D2) WITH THE BACK ROOM DEAD BOLTED CLOSED. WE RENT IT AS A SMALLER ROOM TO SAVE YOU MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT A BIG FAMILY. Maximum number of GUESTS is 4.
